Walking On a Leash with Cesar Millan

When walking your dog, you must remain in the leadership position, which means walking in front of your dog, or having him next to you. But, never let the dog be in front – that’s him leading you. Walk in and out of the house first while your dog remains behind or next to you. Step off and onto the curb before your dog. Show him that you are there to provide protection and direction. Also, make sure to use a short leash so you can maintain control in any situation.
