ELIGIBILITY: All registrants for each weekday's drawing are eligible to win. Unsubscribing your name from the newsletter list removes your name from the pool of eligible names to win the drawing. Each weekday from December 1 - 21, 2011, one or more names (depending on that day's prize(s) will be drawn from the pool of names eligible to win and those people will be notified that they have won that day's prize.
On December 1, one (1) Lift-Off® Deep Cleaner from BISSELL will be awarded.
On December 2, one (1) Custom Pet Portrait from Elizabeth Sawinski and Fundamentally Dog will be awarded.
On December 3, five (5) Gift Bundles from Mommy Bus which include a Mommy Bus, Woof Hoodie in Military Heather and Fingerless Gloves-Dog in Black will be awarded.
On December 4, one (1) Potpourri of Pet Products worth more than $250 will be awarded and another worth more than $500 will be awarded to the Pet Rescue or Shelter of the Winner's choice.
On December 5, Twenty-five (25) PetHub Link Tags, One (1) Gold Level Subscription plus a Link Tag and One (1) Silver Level Subscription plus a Link Tag will be awarded.
On December 6, One (1) Austin Strap Table Elevated Diner Feeder from CallingAllDogs.com will be awarded.
On December 7, One (1) Sleepypod Atom Carrier and Yummy Travel Bowl will be awarded.

On December 9, Two (2) Running-Dog Bike Tow Leashes will be awarded.
On December 10, Ten (10) two-box packs of BioBags Pet/Dog Waste Bags will be awarded.
On December 11, One (1) Getaway Collection Carrier in Brown from Jaraden will be awarded.
On December 12, Five (5) Pet Net Vehicle Barriers will be awarded.
On December 13, Two (2) Soggy Doggy Doormats and Super Shammies will be awarded.
On December 14, One (1) $500 Shopping Spree at the Posh Puppy Boutique will be awarded.
On December 15, One (1) $150 worth of Holistic Select Pet Food will be awarded.
On December 16, Four (4) Earth Heart Healing Mist Trios including Canine Calm, Travel Calm and Guard Well will be awarded.
On December 17, Ten (10) Reinforced Pocket Tugs from Helping Udders will be awarded.
On December 18, Two (2) 12" X 16" custom portraits from Erica Vojnich will be awarded
On December 19, One (1) Dirt Devil Whiskers SV robot cleaner and ONE (1) Hoover WindTunnel Air Bagless Upright vacuum will be awarded.
On December 20, Two (2) Crypton Pet Accessory Sets including a Mess Mat, Comfy Spot, Throver, and Traveling Pet Mat will be awarded.
On December 21, One (1) $150 worth of Wellness Natural Food for Dogs and Cats will be awarded.
WINNING: Each winner of the 21-derful Days of Christmas Contest will be notified via their email address with the announcement: "YOU WON THE 21-DERFUL DAYS OF CHRISTMAS CONTEST AT DAILY KIBBLE". The winner must respond via email or phone (1-425-827-7526) to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 15 days will be forfeited and Daily Kibble reserves the right to award forfeited prizes at their sole discretion. Daily Kibble will pay up to $20 in shipping and delivery fees. Any additional domestic and international shipping charges, duties, taxes and sales tax are the responsibility of the winner.
PRIZES: Each winner of the 21-derful Days of Christmas Contest will be sent his or her prize via UPS or other carrier. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery.
LIMITATIONS: Limit one entry per person and per email address each day. All claims subject to verification.
If, due to a printing, production, e-mail, or other error, more winning 21-derful Days of Christmas Contest prizes are awarded or distributed, or more prizes are claimed/redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize. In no event will Daily Kibble be obligated to award more than the specified amount of prizes each weekday.
Drawing is open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except employees of Daily KIbble, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each.
Void where prohibited by law.
All federal, state and local taxes, insurance, licensing, registration and title fees are the sole responsibility of winner/offer recipient.

No transfer/substitution of prize by winner permitted.
In order to receive prize, winner must execute Prize Acceptance and Release, which constitutes permission to Daily Kibble, its agencies, promotional partners and participating retailers to use recipient’s name/likeness for advertising/trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Daily Kibble reserves the right to substitute prize/offer of equal/greater value. By participating in this promotion, entrants agree to be bound by the Official Rules and the decisions of Daily Kibble.

Daily Kibble or its employees are not responsible for late, lost, damaged, incomplete, or for faulty, incorrect or mis-transcribed phone/e-mail transmissions, incorrect announcements of any kind, technical hardware or software failures of any kind including any injury or damage to any person's computer related to or resulting from participating in or experiencing any materials in connection with the promotion, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmission that may limit a user’s ability to participate in the promotion. Daily Kibble reserves the right to cancel or modify the online entry if fraud, misconduct or technical failures destroy the integrity of the program; or if a computer virus, bug, or other technical problem corrupts the administration, security, or proper administration of the program as determined by Daily Kibble, in their sole discretion. In the event of termination of the online entry portion of the program, a notice will be posted online indicating how to enter via the mail and the drawing will be conducted from among all eligible online entries received prior to termination and all eligible mail in entries received. In the event a dispute arises with respect to the drawing and regarding specific individual entitled to receive prize, Daily Kibble will be solely responsible for making a determination as to who the winner is in its sole discretion. An entry made by Internet will be declared made by the “authorized e-mail account holder” and any damage made to the Web Site will also be the responsibility of the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. “Authorized e-mail account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
Participant may be requested to provide Daily Kibble with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Daily Kibble.
Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.
By accepting prize/offer, winners/offer recipients agree to hold Daily Kibble, and its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of prize/offer.
Winner/offer recipients assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer.
Daily Kibble not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing, the offering or the announcement of any prize/offer or in the administration of the promotion.
AVAILABLE PRIZES/OFFERS AND APPROX. ODDS OF WINNING/RECEIVING (UNCLAIMED/UNREDEEMED PRIZES/OFFERS WILL NOT BE AWARDED): Odds of winning will be the number of specified prizes divided by the number of daily contest entries. Odds of winning will vary based on the number of daily entries.
