ELIGIBILITY: All registrants for each weekday's drawing are eligible to win. Unsubscribing your name from the newsletter list removes your name from the pool of eligible names to win the drawing. On February 26, 2013 - 26 names will be drawn from the pool of names eligible to win and those people will be notified that they have won all 26 prizes featured during the contest.

WINNING: Each winner of the "26 Acts of Kindness" to Share the Love Contest will be notified via their email address with the announcement: "YOU WON THE "26 ACTS OF KINDNESS" TO SHARE THE LOVE CONTEST AT DAILY KIBBLE". The winner must respond via email or phone (1-425-827-7526) to claim their prize. Prizes not claimed within 15 days will be forfeited and Daily Kibble reserves the right to award forfeited prizes at their sole discretion. Daily Kibble will pay up to $20 in shipping and delivery fees. Any additional domestic and international shipping charges, duties, taxes and sales tax are the responsibility of the winner.
PRIZES: Each winner of the "26 Acts of Kindness" to Share the Love Contest will be sent his or her prizes via UPS or other carrier. Please allow 4 - 6 weeks for delivery. Daily Kibble will also make a donation in honor of each winner to the pet charity of the winners' choice.
LIMITATIONS: Limit one entry per person per email address each day. All claims subject to verification. You will receive a bonus entry if you "like" Daily Kibble on Facebook.
If, due to a printing, production, e-mail, or other error, more winning "26 Acts of Kindness" to Share the Love Contest prizes are awarded or distributed, or more prizes are claimed/redeemed than are intended to be awarded for any prize level, the intended prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified prize claims received for that prize. In no event will Daily Kibble be obligated to award more than the specified amount of prizes each day.
Drawing is open to residents of the 50 United States and D.C., except employees of Daily KIbble, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and the immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each.

Participant may be requested to provide Daily Kibble with proof that the participant is the authorized e-mail account holder of the e-mail address associated with the account/submission. Proof of sending will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Daily Kibble.
Any use of robotic, automatic, programmed or the like methods of participation will void all such submissions by such methods.
By accepting prize/offer, winners/offer recipients agree to hold Daily Kibble, and its directors, officers, employees and assigns, harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of prize/offer.
Winner/offer recipients assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused, by participation in this promotion or use or redemption of any prize/offer.
